Tickets Sale for the Qatar EXXONMOBIL Open is a Smash Success

The Qatar ExxonMobil Open 2010 promises to be an extraordinary success attracting a massive number of tennis fans to the Khalifa International Tennis & Squash Complex. Since the tickets went on sale on December the 10th less than 20% of the total of the tickets are still available and less than 5% for the last two (2) days of the tournament.
The remaining tickets are still on sale at designated stands at Villagio, City Center and Landmark until the 3rd of January 2010 from 10am- 10pm. Tickets are also available at the main gate (tickets office) of the Qatar Tennis Federation from 10am – 9pm and will be sold during the event.
QTF is using an innovating electronic system for tickets sales – also used for the US Open - ,which allows the public to see in the computer all available seats and gives them the opportunity to select the exact location in which they wish to be seated.
Tickets can also be purchased through the newly desinged website of the Qatar Tennis Federation: www.qatartennis.org. And for those who want to try their luck ExxonMobil is holding a radio competition from the December 27, 2009 until December 31, 2009 on Qatar Broadcasting Service. The competition will run during the “Breakfast show” every morning during which, the DJ will ask a series of questions related to tennis. One winner each day will win tickets for two to watch the 2010 Qatar ExxonMobil Open. A grand prize winner on the last day of the competition will win tickets to the VIP Gala dinner at the Ritz Carlton, where they will have the opportunity to meet their favorite tennis players. So don’t lose this chance and purchase your tickets today!

Last year’s edition of the Qatar ExxonMobil Open had a huge attendance of 35,000 tennis fans during its six days run, while millions more around the globe enjoyed the power of the Qatar ExxonMobil Open 2009 at the comfort of their homes watching Andy Murray claimed the title for the second year in a row in the Singles competition and Spanish sensation Rafael Nadal with partner Marc Lopez winning the Doubles Crown.
