Wozniacki powers into final

World Number one Caroline Wozniacki made it to the final of the WTA Championships for the first time in her career after a convincing straight sets win over Russian Vera Zvonareva  7-5 and 6-0.
She will now face the no. 3 seed Kim Clijsters in the final on Sunday. It will be a rematch of the 2009 US Open Final in which the Belgian won her second Grand Slam title.
Wozniacki was leading 4-1 in the first set before Zvonareva was able get back and lead 5-4, but The young Danish star hold her nerves and won three straight games to win the set 7-5.

The world no. 1 controlled the second set and handed her Russian opponent, who did not lose a single set since the start of the tournament, a heavy 6-0 defeat.
