Dawid Taczala of Poland claimed the title of 2nd Qatar ITF Junior Open 2018 held at the Khalifa International Tennis and Squash Complex.
In the final match held on Saturday, Dawid Taczala defeated Anthony Genov of Bulgaria 6-2 6-1.
Katriin Saar of Estonia emerged champion of girls event after beating Matilde Mariani of Italy 6-1 5-7 6-1 in the final match.
In boys doubles event, Piotr Pawlak of Poland and Marat Sharipov of Russia edged the British duo of Aaron Hepburn Harry Lazell 2-6 6-3 [10-8] to claim the title.
Moreover, the Italian duo of Matilde Mariani and Matilde Paoletti hoisted the trophy of girls doubles after their 6-3 6-4 victory over Na Dong of China and Lilly Elida Haseth of Norway.
Saad Al Mohannadi, Executive Director of the Qatar Tennis, Squash and Badminton Federation honored the winners. In attendance was Sultan Khalfan, Director of local tournaments.
