The Qatar Tennis, Squash and Badminton Federation held an honoring ceremony for the Qatari players who claimed the first places at Nasser bin Khalid Ramadan Tennis Tournament being held under the patronage of HE Sheikh Nawaf bin Nasser Al Thani and the QTSBF.
The ceremony was attended by the QTSBF Head of Public Relations committee Ahmad Bati and the QTSBF Deputy Head of National Teams Committee Ibrahim Al Khelaifi and Mr. Ahmed Azmi Chairman of Organizing Committee.
Shiekha Khalifa claimed the title of girls under 14 years event while Fay Al Boloushi finished second.
Qatar’s Hamad Al Sulaiti took the second place in boys under 8 years event behind Nolan Makari.
In boys under 9 years event, Hamza Abu Arab hoisted the trophy while Tanay Sangavi claimed the title of boys under 10 years event.
In boys under 12 years event, Fahad Al Khelaifi finished second behind Ayan Shodry who claimed the first place.
In boys under 14 years event, Alaxy Samirani occupied the first place ahead of Nasser Al Motawa in the second place.
Danah Al Sheikh and Danah Khalifa occupied the first and second places in girls under 10 years event while Joharah Zainal finished girls under 9 years event in the second place.
To conclude on Thursday, this year’s edition of NBK Ramadan Tennis Tournament features the participation of 300 players.
