The competitions of Smash Tennis Academy Championship in its 10th edition was concluded at the Khalifa International Tennis and Squash Complex on Thursday.
The event was organized by Smash Tennis Academy in cooperation with the Qatar Tennis, Squash and Badminton Federation (QTSBF).
Sultan Khalfan, Director of the Tournament and Ayham Deep, General Manager of Smash Academy attended the medal ceremony.
The players of the Qatari national teams won a number titles as Mubarak Shanan claimed the title of Men’s event after beating Jabor Al Motawa in the final match
Mubarak and Mousa Shanan claimed the title of doubles event while Anas Lamrani and Omar Abdo Hassan finished second.
Sarah Mogofal hoisted the trophy of Women’s event following her victory over Marina Ramirez in the final match.
Nasser Al Khelaifi took the first place in Boys U12 event after beating Barthemly Landin in the final match.
Nasser Al Khelaifi teamed up with Nasser Al Humaidi to take the title of Boys U12 doubles event following their victory over Jassim Al Thani and Nasser Al Mutawa.
Nasser Al Yafei emerged victorious in Boys U14 event while Ali Al Yafei took the second place.
In doubles event, Abdulaziz Zainal and Ali Al Yafei claimed the title after beating Nasser Al Yafei and Meshari Nawaf in the final match.
Hamad Nawaf won Boys U18 Event while Ibrahim Al Sulaiti finished second.
In double event, Rayyan Al Jefairi and Ibrahim Al Sulaiti took the first place ahead of Mohammad Aziz Elaiwa and Mohammad Amin Elaiwa.
In Boys U10 (Green Stage), Salman Bathan claimed the title after beating Oladzeslaw Smerno.
Anoud Al Mana took the first place in Girls U12 event while Mashael Al Khenji finished second.
For her part, Maryam Al Wali claimed the title of Girls U14 after beating Salima Wali in the final match.
In Girls U10 (Green Stage), Khadija Qasama took the first place ahead of Jowhara Al Thani in the second place.
Sarah bin Salama emerged victorious in Girls U10 (Orange Stage). Danah Khalifa finished second.
The two-week championship which began on April 23, brought together 350 players.
