The Summer Family Tennis Festival
Qatar Tennis Federation, led by Nasser Al Khelaifi, took pride in hosting the Summer Family Tennis Festival on Saturday June 8th, at Landmark Mall. The event included two mini tennis courts, where QTF coaches introduced the basics of the game of tennis to attendants, in addition to the competitive matches displayed by the Tennis 10’s players.

Nations Cup 2013 concludes
The Qatar Tennis Federation, led by President Nasser Al Khelaifi, hosted the Nations Cup 2013 from May 20th to June 1st. The final was played Saturday night at Khalifa International Tennis and Squash Complex.

Mounir Laarej Wins Smash Men’s Singles Crown
Mounir Laarej emerged as the men’s singles champion when he beat Mubarak Shannan in a one-sided final at the Smash Academy Tennis Tournament. At the Khalifa International Tennis and Squash Complex on Monday, experienced and hard stroke- maker Laarej was helped by Shannan’s many unforced errors and poor first service, before winning the match 6- 4 6-2.

Registration Deadline for QTF Nations Cup 2013 - May 15th
QTF Nations Cup Tournament, organized by the Qatar Tennis Federation, will take place from May 20th to June 1st and is open for amateur players from all foreign communities in Qatar. Application forms are available at QTF reception, hurry up and sign up now!
